By placing an order, you consent to have your information reviewed by a member of our affiliated medical team. Not all individuals will be medically eligible for the medications offered. If our licensed medical provider determines you are not an appropriate candidate for the treatment, your order will be canceled, and you will not be charged for the purchase.

   4.2. Ordering and Contract of Sale

   You may order products from the Site by completing and submitting an order form through our checkout procedure. Our confirmation of your order via e-mail constitutes a binding contract between you and The Pen Vault™, subject to medical approval as outlined in Section 4.1.

5. 5. Subscription Services and Recurring Billing

   We offer subscription plans for certain products. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial, non-cancelable term of three (3) months. Upon completion of the initial three-month term, your subscription may be canceled at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy.

   By subscribing, you expressly authorize The Pen Vault™ to charge your payment method on file for each recurring shipment. Your card will be billed automatically on the subscription renewal date each month for the duration of the subscription term. This authorization remains in effect until the subscription term has concluded and is properly canceled by you.

6. 6. Pricing and Payment

   The price of the products will be the price quoted on the Site at the time we accept your order. Prices are subject to change without notice. While we take care to ensure accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a mispriced item, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We are under no obligation to provide the product at the incorrect (lower) price.

   We will arrange for the delivery of the products you order to the address you specify in the checkout procedure. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you fail to take delivery of the products or provide adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and refund you the price of the products, less any applicable delivery charges.

Any contract between us shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
